Information Collection
Flowsion Systems collects only the information necessary to evaluate automation opportunities and deliver operational consulting. This typically includes business contact details (name, email, company), the operational process or workflow you describe in submission forms, and the tools, platforms, or outcomes you reference.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial credentials, or authentication tokens to third-party systems through this website. Anything required for an active engagement is handled separately through a secured working agreement.
How Information Is Used
The information you share is used strictly to:
- Review submitted workflows and determine operational fit for automation.
- Respond to inquiries about services, consulting, or system implementation.
- Communicate timelines, scope, and recommendations during an active engagement.
- Improve internal templates, documentation, and reference patterns without sharing client-identifiable details.
Flowsion Systems does not sell, rent, or trade submitted information to third parties under any condition.
Cookies
This website uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality — including theme preference, basic session handling, and anonymized analytics that help us understand which pages and systems are most useful to visitors.
No advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site profiling tools are used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time without impacting access to the site.
Data Protection
Submissions and contact information are transmitted over HTTPS and stored within infrastructure protected by access controls, encryption in transit, and provider-level safeguards. Access is restricted to the operator handling your inquiry.
We retain workflow submissions only as long as needed to evaluate fit or complete an engagement. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing the address listed below.
Third-Party Services
To operate this site and our intake workflow, Flowsion Systems uses a small set of trusted third-party providers, including hosting and deployment platforms, form intake automation (n8n), scheduling tools (GoHighLevel booking widget), and standard email infrastructure.
Each provider has its own privacy practices. We select tools that align with our own commitment to minimal data collection and operational security. We do not share submitted workflow details with vendors outside the systems strictly required to operate the service.
Workflow Submission Data
When you submit a workflow problem through the intake form, the content of your description (inefficient process, tools used, desired outcome, business type) is captured for review. This data is treated as operational intelligence about your business and is handled with the same discretion as a direct client conversation.
Submission data is used only to assess whether Flowsion Systems is the right fit to help, and to prepare a thoughtful response. It is not republished, anonymized into public case studies, or used to train third-party AI models without explicit written consent.
