Website Usage
By accessing flowsion.tech you agree to use the site for lawful, informational, and business-evaluation purposes only. The content, workflow examples, and system descriptions on this site are provided for reference and discovery — they do not constitute a contractual offer of services.
You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish material from this site in a manner that misrepresents Flowsion Systems or its operator.
Service Disclaimer
Flowsion Systems designs, implements, and consults on automation infrastructure. While every system is built with operational discipline, no automation can guarantee a specific business outcome, revenue impact, or absolute uptime — results depend on inputs, third-party tooling, and how the system is operated post-handoff.
Information shared on this website (including system breakdowns and build notes) is operator commentary, not formal advice. Formal engagements operate under a separate written scope.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, written material, system descriptions, visual assets, and code patterns shown on flowsion.tech are the property of Flowsion Systems and its operator, Willy Jhon Galindez, unless explicitly credited otherwise.
Third-party logos shown in the tool ecosystem are property of their respective owners and are displayed for operational reference only. Flowsion Systems is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing those companies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowsion Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, evaluation discussions, or any reference material shared before a written engagement is in place.
For active engagements, liability is governed by the terms of the written agreement between Flowsion Systems and the client.
Automation & Consulting Scope
Flowsion Systems delivers a defined set of capabilities: lead and intake automation, CRM and follow-up systems, internal operations and reporting, and AI workflow orchestration. Each engagement is scoped to a clear operational problem with defined inputs, expected outcomes, and a documented system handoff.
We are intentionally not a generalist agency. Work outside of systems-first automation infrastructure (such as visual design, paid ads, recruiting, or one-off scripts) is not within scope.
Third-Party Integrations
Flowsion Systems builds on top of third-party platforms including but not limited to n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Claude, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace. The availability, pricing, terms, and uptime of those platforms are controlled by their respective providers.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid accounts, API keys, and plan tiers required to operate the systems delivered. Flowsion Systems is not liable for service disruptions caused by upstream provider changes outside of our reasonable control.
